The two J’s: Josh and Joe Brady. Josh has to be better. Bad throw at games end, missed seeing an open Cooks on 4th at goal from two which cost 6+ points, terrible sack and loss of 23 yards cost chance for three and terrible fumble/pass in 1st quarter when he had TE open for 6 yard gain. He’s not Superman. He tries to play that way too many times this year. Last week’s Cleveland game was the same way. Almost cost a safety. He has to learn to throw the ball away and live for another day.
Joe Brady: third and one on a rainy day and you throw a wide receiver screen? Yes Shakir should have caught the ball but why? Josh is 11/11 on 1 yard sneaks this year. The WR screen at best gets 5 yards. Just stupidity there. Same stupidity on 3rd and goal at two. handoff to Cook and now it’s fourth and two. Everyone in my house knew the play on 3rd down. One or two tush pushes gets us a TD. Brady did make two great calls late. The hook and lateral saved game and he designed a great lay for the game winning two point conversion which Josh missed. That said, he gets way too cute ner the goal line. Use Josh.
Overall the Bills defense was superb and the offense came to life. Still like their chances to win Super Bowl. Go ills
